What this site collects.

Shared Roof Exec LLC runs this site. The short version: analytics, an advertising pixel, and whatever you send me when you get in touch. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to another roofing company.

What the site collects on its own

  • AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 records which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_…) holding a random identifier. It doesn’t tell me who you are.
  • AdvertisingThe Meta pixel is installed so ads on Facebook and Instagram can reach people who’ve visited this site, and so I can see which ads lead to visits. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, including pages viewed and your IP address. Meta uses that data under its own policy, which I don’t control.
  • Opting outBrowser settings block most of it, Google publishes an opt-out add-on, and Meta’s ad preferences let you limit how your data is used. This site honors Global Privacy Control signals. The pages work the same either way.

What you give me, and what I do with it

If you book a call, text, or email, I get whatever you send — usually a name, a phone number or email address, your company, and whatever you tell me about your business. Booking uses Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there.

I use it to answer you, to prepare for a call, to decide where to spend on advertising, and to stay in touch about Shared Roof Exec — the occasional update, or word that a seat opened in your market. Service providers who make the site work receive what they need for that and nothing else. Tell me to stop and I will.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with other roofing companies.

The rest of it

  • How long I keep itAnalytics data expires on Google’s schedule. Anything you send me directly I keep unless you ask me to delete it — which I’ll do whenever you ask, with no questions and no retention exercise.
  • Your rightsWherever you live, you can ask what I have about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Depending on your state you may have those rights by law; either way, ask and I’ll do it.
  • ChildrenThis site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect anything from them.
  • ChangesIf this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There’s no version history to dig through — the page you’re reading is the whole of it.
